How Long Does the Portrait Take?

Drawing up your portrait happens within 24 hours of your order. We will immediately send you a proof once it is done to approve or ask for changes.

Do I get to see the artwork first?

Yes! Every single item that has a custom portrait we ask for your approval before we finish your order.

What is your turn around time?

All items are a 1-2 day processing except for our HAND EMBRIODERED tote bags which are 2-3 days.

Why are there 2 tote bags?

We originally started out with just HAND embroidery. But because of the demand and since it is our longest processed item we decided to invest into a machine.

We still know many of you like the look and feel of the hand embroidery, but there are many of you who just really want the custom art and do not mind the MACHIENE doing the work and saving some $$ too.
